Very nice! small nitpick though, some areas are very, VERY decal heavy. the hallways near evac come to mind, and while I don't usually mind it-- I don't think the hallways should be so busy in comparison to the actual departments and lobbies. I do like the actual areas of departments though; library ...

I don't know. I support mononyms getting actual policy precedent... but I don't think it should apply to humans. The few times i've hopped on Monkestation (where i'm pretty sure they just lack naming policy entirely?), half the humans are named "Joe" or "Tom."

there should be a way to spawn an item inside someone's throat like the cigarette choke thing that makes them hock it up after like 5 seconds of horking. i feel like this would be a funnier way to grant people prayer items and such instead of just dropping a pod
