I just think the problem lies in that some specific players need to be punished for their tiding, and given reasons to not tide. them not being punished shows others they can just well tide away.

Not a ban, but mabye more IC punishments dealt by admins.

Probably my favorite admin. Does !!FUN!! events and generally helps people. He also does his job and handles ahelps well.

Great admin. Lets us have fun, watches the round, and does votes on stuff before he does it. He tries to be abit more friendly in his approaches as well, instead of being the admin version of GUN CARGO.

Some players would see this as the option to steal someones rare department gear, like RIG suits, because 'you can get another.' That shit shouldn't be kept but returned to the department.

Just imagine the grief people would do. Even non-antags break the rules and murder, steal, and do random shit. Imagine an idiotic Captain (which happens ALOT) just deciding, Fuck You HoP! and wiping all of his access. It makes sense backstory wise, but in a game where you need stuff to be balanced ...
