Dynamic weights are a headadmin/policy/config question and not directly for the codebase to resolve.

This is a bad idea because manuel is the only thing holding our US Pop together.

LImiting it before you're so overcrwoded you can actually populate two servers will just ensure the US pop never is more than the limit.

Just make manuel lrp and add a new MRP server it's flawless no notes.

I think a US MRP2 server when manuel rarely hits 80 pop is pointless.

MSO being gone and (as I understand it?) no longer being the sole person able to make certain changes to the servers is already a huge change in avoiding headmin frustration. Would be cool to have some former headmin perspectives in this thread.
