I don't think you need a terms of service agreement to tell you that posting graphic depictions of animal abuse is okay, and I think I will decline to lift this ban.

Your reason was ban evasion. Your other account is already banned, which you falsely described as being "banned for a year" and then you joined the server with a new one.

If you'd like to get more help with coding, a lot of people are pretty helpful in the TG coding channels if you explain to them that you're brand new, which you can now do because I'm lifting this ban.
