His antag status has nothing to do with this topic, you had no in-game justification to trick the lawyer into being borged.
Once again, ban appeal denied.

A player needs to be OK with becoming borg before you borg them. You lied, tricked the lawyer to be borged. This is a clear case of forced borgification by a non-antagonist player.

Ban appeal denied.

After reviewing what actual damage you caused with the shuttle grief, decided that the month ban was unwarrented. Ban time reduced to 2 days.

The day prior, in round 155226 on Basil, both Niftyryanyan and MyuckDsuck(AKA Devon Houston the chemist) were warned by admin Wesoda25 about metacomming.
