Where exactly? Clearly it wasn't visible to the majority of players, especially ones in combat, without repeating myself my other points still stand regardless.

I reaffirm that I sincerely did not see the notice, again specifically was this visible only for people in the lobby? Regardless the ban is unfair as the incident you applied the ban for was during the end of round "grief is valid" period over a precedent you stated in a means that was not visible ...
