The message says that not only is it a 100% warranted ban but it is also a headmin who made the ban so there is no purpose to complaining. It's a tad bit course but if that really prompts you to make a complaint then you're being a wee bit too sensitive.

do not say OOC things in IC either. There is an exception for OOC in IC where terms like 'clickdrag X to Y, or look for the tab' is used to help a player.
