With the addition of amputations recently is there a way to put the original limb back on a person? I was trying to replace the mime's missing arm due to an incident with the clown but when it came to the surgery it told me I needed a robotic limb.

Does anyone have a guide or something to opening the Deca-Code lock on that one crate at mining? I can never seem to get the damn thing open. I know to click it with a multitool after each attempt but I'm terrible at the codebreaker solving.
