When grabbing or being grabbed, biting does extra damage.
If you have no arms, you can bite to drag (slowly) but also does damage.
Higher chance of infection when bitten if the biter is infected with something.
Felinids/Lizards have a higher chance of causing bleeding but maybe do less brute?.

If the rules say don't RR someone, then what would be the point of killing someone, then bringing them to medbay/leaving them somewhere to be found, only for them to out you immediately upon revival. It makes it difficult to be an antag when ...

Judging from comments on the discord and by the poll linked by Capsandi it seems a lot of the sound levels are imbalanced. A lot of the complaints are due to loudness.
I think either replacing some of the sounds or running them through reaper/audacity to stop them clipping might be an idea. Noise ...

Can you explain why (I don't know much about coding or BYOND). Is it that the WAV/MP3 is too loud? Is the sound effect not editable (i.e can we not just export the file and alter it)? Or is there another reason?

I think a mentor button is a good idea. Maybe allow several regular/volunteer players and admins on each server to have access to the chat, so it doesn't disrupt OOC and can be used for answering questions that don't directly need an admin.
Also if admins are offline, regular players can help?
