What are your views on the purpose of Security within standard rounds and what would you add/change about the current security policy?

Currently in Post-Revs, anyone given the Enemy of the Revolution tag is more or less told by Admins to only attack people they know as former revolutionaries. Considering the lack of indicators and paranoia associated with Post-Revs Sec, I think this policy should be modified or at least improved.
