I believe this is the same thing I had before. Any change in the panel size of the game will fuck it up. Happend on both 510 and 511 for me.
Just don't drag the bar in the middle of the screen and its fine.

So the default panel size should like alright? If that is so, do you know any way to reset ...

I used the monitor I am using now (1600x900) on my old computer and it worked just fine.

I downloaded Space Station 13 on my new computer and I have this problem with my game. I play on auto (stretch-to-fit).
