Jesus, this is really underwhelming. GOG blew them out the water in terms of pricing discounts.

So the AI Uprising is fairly underwhelming.

>2k fleet and 7k fleet appear at one of my edge colonies that's still being set up
>Nuke it off the map, my assault fleet finally finishes upgrading and goes to slap their shit

So, uh. I haven't actually touched the game since around 2014, and I'm wondering how much shit's changed. I used to mainly fuck around with mining, robotics and engineering. What kinda changes can I expect to encounter from then to now? I'm aware mining's been overhauled, but that's about all I know.
