Genetic modification deriving from animals making someone non-human makes no more sense than someone with non-animal genetic modifications being non-human would.

As a Terry gamer, this is a non-issue. We at the security officers' union already have a solution for non-verbal shitters. If any policy is introduced here, it should be MRP-only.

I'd encourage players to report instances of OOC in IC like this and encourage admins to action it.
But I'd feel bad. I don't want to get people noted or banned unless they are straight-up griefing.
You cannot have your cake and eat it too. The filter is not that kind of automoderator ...

I would definitely want to make admins pay more attention to the "line-crossing" behavior as a "soft policy" / encouragement from above, since i know about at least several good players that left because of specieism and bullying under the excuse of it - AND I HATE that we let them be driven out ...

This is, quite possibly, the worst policy proposal I have ever read.
Nobody will want to play security after this. Terry would be doomed to exist with no security officers, forever.

The problem is definitely real, although things so bad that they should warrant administrative action are rare in my experience. I think the soft filter is a good tool to address this problem.

Headmins are not the first line of defence for these cases. There are forum moderators and discord jannies for a reason. If they for whatever reason fail to deal with it, then headmins should step in.

Yes we have gimped asimovs original laws of robotics, presumably to improve the experience of borg players so they can't be told to kill themselves. I don't like it either but I prefer a much more gritter type of game where playing a borg means you might be ordered to self destruct.

As much as I hate friendly antags, this feels like an IC issue to me. Just kill them. I don't like the idea of restricting what players can do with their antag rolls. I like Not-Dorsidarf's suggestion.
